The App allows users to:
Manually record blood pressure data
Manually record blood oxygen levels
Track weight, height, and BMI (Body Mass Index)
View health trends and historical charts
Access wellness and educational health content
WellTrack is intended solely for:
Personal wellness tracking
Lifestyle management
Informational reference purposes
WellTrack is not a medical device.
The App does not provide:
Medical diagnosis
Clinical monitoring
Professional medical advice
Medical treatment
Emergency health services
Blood pressure and blood oxygen values are manually entered by users.
BMI calculations are generated using user-provided height and weight information.
Charts, trends, and wellness insights are provided for informational purposes only.
The App should not be relied upon for medical decisions.
If you have any medical concerns, symptoms, or health conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not rely on WellTrack during a medical emergency.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
You are responsible for:
Ensuring manually entered information is accurate
Using the App in compliance with applicable laws
Maintaining the security of your device and local data
You agree not to:
Misuse the App
Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
All health information entered into WellTrack is stored locally on your device.
We do not:
Store your manually entered health records on remote servers
Access personal health information you enter
Share your manually entered records with third parties
Uninstalling the App may permanently remove locally stored data.
All trademarks, branding, content, designs, graphics, and software associated with WellTrack are owned by or licensed to WellTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any part of the App without prior written permission.
WellTrack may use trusted third-party technical services (such as crash reporting or analytics providers) solely to improve performance, reliability, and stability.
These services do not receive manually entered health records.
Your use of any external services is subject to their respective policies and terms.
WellTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees regarding:
Continuous availability of the App
Error-free performance
Accuracy or completeness of information
Suitability for specific purposes
Your use of the App is voluntary and at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WellTrack and its operators shall not be liable for:
